Excellent top-notch customer service. Recently, my furnace stopped working. I called Parkland heating and spoke with Peter. He said he could send someone by within the next hour to send him my info so I did that with a picture of the code that was giving the issue and the model. Peter called me back and walked me through what to troubleshoot. Helping me figure out what the issue was and how to temporarily bypass it as to get my heat working and advise me where to get a new piece. It’s simple, two screws to change out. I will definitely be using Parkland heating for all my heating services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest reputable company.

Very impressed by the work done by Lucas, Peter and Atticus. Peter was prompt and professional when emailing back and forth, installing my air conditioner 1 week after submitting a quote. Parkland’s pricing is extremely competitive as well. On install day, Lucas and Atticus did a fantastic and fast job with everything, and Lucas walked me through how to get the most out of my heating/cooling system. We shopped over 10 HVAC companies and Peter was the guy who was the most responsive and most helpful. He took the time to sit down with us on numerous occasions to explain the pros and cons of different furnace and AC units we were considering, sent us quotes for the prices in a timely manner, and had very competitive prices. Our basement ceiling is not exactly set up to have copper pipes threaded through as the builders left little to no room between the vents and the ceiling, however Peter and his team not only were able to get the job done, but did it SO well. Peter made sure to constantly keep us updated on what was happening so there were no surprises. Lucas and Ed also worked so hard to ensure the job was done well, and Lucas was so great at answering all the questions I had! I am so thrilled at how great the inside and outside of our house looks, and how nicely cool our home is now! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.
