Working with True North for 2 time, an AC install and a furnace repair. For the AC install, Corey did an thorough estimate in house, recommended the correct size of the AC. The whole process was smooth and not pushy at all. Was impressed by the professionalism by Corey, compared to some other quotes I got. The whole process was smooth, Carmal helped a lot arranging the installation, payment and etc. The installation process was clean, tidy, smooth and flawless. Tech's were attention to details. The AC has helped to keep the wife and kids comfortable for the past summers. Recently had my furnace fixed, Courtney helped to send a tech in the same day. Chris was really knowledgeable and sharp. By looking at how Chris fixing the issue, you can tell his target is to fix the issue, rather than selling unnecessary parts like some other company might do. So impressed by the expertise and the integrity of Chris and the company. Also did a Furnace and Humidifier tune up, all parts are tested and tuned to the manufacture spec. (Was lucky I did the tune up, as my humidifier was not even set up right and was not even working before.) Bet you can count on True North, to keep the furnace and AC working, to provide heating and cooling for your family.

We had our new furnace and a/c installed this past November and were so impressed with the entire team at True North. The installers Andy and Trevor did an amazing job with everything. Our basement used to be so cold and now it is so toasty warm and we are able to hang out down there in the playroom with our young children more often. If i could give 10 stars I would! If you want a business that takes care of their customers and then definitely recommend calling True North!

A truly fantastic company. We recently had a furnace, hot water tank, air conditioner and humidifier installed in our home and we were blown away by the experience.
