Outstanding service. Marlon saved us from a major problem and was here within an hour after our furnace went down during this historic storm. He was able to provide a replacement part in 24 hrs. Other companies were not able to help at all for days Marlin and David were polite and Very professional, I am looking forward to hiring them for any future heating and cooling problems.
Had my tankless water heater installed and were more than happy with their work (Marlon and David). Marlon is such a nice person, we became comfortable with him right away and felt his genuineness the way he answer all your questions. I’d like to begin this review by stating that after losing heat to my home, multiple contractors who were local to me were contacted over the span of several days and not one had the decency to respond in any way. I realized at that point, I would have to begin looking for somebody outside of town. After sifting through many companies, Marz was who I selected to contact due to the HONEST ratings and reviews everyone here had provided, they sincerely made a difference. Marlon responded to the call right away, asked all appropriate questions, wasn’t judgmental or harsh, and didn’t make us feel as if his time was more valuable than ours. He came from out of town as soon as possible to diagnose the issue and provided an answer far quicker than I expected; my almost 26 year old furnace had a defective heat exchanger. Marlon took the time to answer each and every question I had regarding the different options available, educating me in the process. I chose to go with a full furnace replacement and was sent a full breakdown within the day that was straightforward and easy to understand. Marz is NOT about upselling to the customer in any way, Marlon himself actually saved us money by recognizing that we didn’t need as strong of a Unit as we previously had due to the square footage of our home. At no point in this process did he show any form of impatience or frustration despite the many calls and questions from my end. The replacement was booked and installed within days. David and Marlon arrived the day of installation with smiles on their faces, and took care of my home throughout the entire day as if it were their own. They worked quickly and efficiently, and had no complaints despite the workspace being tight and uncomfortable. Once installation was finished, I was given a full run down of my furnace and was able to ask any question I had. Marlon and David left me feeling comfortable and confident. The positive things that could be said about Marz are endless and I can’t thank them enough for actually responding to the call and following through.
??????????Absolutely Recommend - Outstanding Service and DedicationWe recently moved into a new home and completely ran out of heating oil, so we needed an alternative fast. We chose to install a heat pump, and I’m extremely glad we went with Marz Heating and Cooling Inc.Marlon and his team were incredibly accommodating and professional from the very beginning. Even though they were fully booked, they understood our situation and worked us into their schedule very quickly. We relied on space heaters for about 4–5 days, but they did everything they could to move things forward fast.On the installation day, three team members - David, Marlon, and Ammar - arrived in separate vans and worked tirelessly for over 12 hours. Marlon himself worked well past 15 hours late into the night to make sure everything was installed properly. He even came back the next morning to finish the thermostat setup, walk us through the system, explain how everything works, help install and configure the app, and show us the outdoor and indoor units in detail.Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking. I reached out to Marlon when I noticed water leaking from my old furnace. He came by same day and ran some tests, diagnosing the problem. He also tested the water pump to rule out a cheap easy fix. Due to the age and furnace condition he recommended a replacement. He was able to replace it only a few days later. He is fair, honest, and trustworthy. Marlon went above and beyond on the install rolling out work carpets to catch mud and dirt. He also cleaned up after the install. Furnace looks great and I am very happy with this new high efficiency furnace, it’s much quieter than my old one. I plan to have him install an AC unit in my house and will recommend him to any friends that need HVAC work done.
