I have worked with these fine people for over a month now on a variety of home repair and improvement projects.Tino (the electrician) has done excellent work and his knowledge and recommendations have guided me towards setups and solutions I wouldn't have considered otherwise, but am immensely happy with.Brook (the plumber) has installed several systems in my home and I am as pleased as can be with the results.The HVAC team has also done superb work and I look forward to continuing business with all of these folks.If you need complex work done in a reasonable span of time, these are your people!
We had tons of work done by them in the winter time, Mainly Electrical and HVAC.Tino (Electrician) was great, professional, thorough, thoughtful and creative. We had him and his crew hardwire smoke alarms, hardwire a security camera system, trench and run power to my workshop, install landscape lighting, total breaker panel rejuvenation and labeling, several ceiling fans, redo all our old GFCI’s, install proper exterior outlet protectors, wire our garage for 240v for whole home humidifier, run outlets for behind the TVS to eliminate cables and probably even some stuff I am not remembering.Sammy and Isaiah were also a great help mostly with HVAC. They replaced 2 furnaces and 2 a/c units for us and the price was very fair and they were great about working with us to remove a bunch of mechanical equipment in the garage so that I could have UDK remove mold from under the stand then they put everything back together for me. Matthew was great about helping with that but of plumbing for that portion of the project.If I ever had any issues with anything (they were here for about 6 weeks straight) their GM Mike White was extremely quick to respond and remedy any situation and go above and beyond to ensure that there was complete customer satisfaction.For HVAC and Electrical, I wouldn’t even consider any other company. If you can get Tino, Sammy, or Isaiah to work on your home then you have got the right guys.Thanks again Tino and company!
I have a very sweet relative that doesn't have access to doing reviews. She highly recommended this company ! She lives here in Saint George. She had some plumbing issues and they were available right away and were so helpful and fixed the problem! Very reasonable prices as well ??
The four man team Luis, Caleb, Isiah and Chase had a great attitude and worked well together removing and installing the HVAC system at our home. Very professional and focused including answering questions as they worked. I was a supervisor for 30 years and a team that works well assisting each other as needed with none of them acting like they were more important or avoiding work is very valuable. Everyone I have talked with at Any Hour/Black Diamond were very helpful including the Tech assessing our home with options and dispatch department alerting us with the time to expect the technicians to arrive.
Greg and Cameron came out to replace our chandelier and add a surge protector. The ceiling was 20 ft high, so they brought a lift. The other company we called before them only had a scaffolding option. They were great to have around and did a flawless job.
