BEST is the BOMB! Tim Best came to us through our home warranty. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I had an issue with our electric furnace. Tim dug in, explained what had happened and promised to address our issue with better end-performance. A quick shout-out to Best HVAC! We recently had the opportunity to work with them when our HVAC system started acting up, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service is truly top-notch — Savannah was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our repairs were arranged quickly and smoothly.

The service technicians were equally impressive. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we understood the problem and what needed to be done.

Tim took the time to explain our options, helped us choose the right system for our home, and made sure every detail was done right.

He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about his work, but also honest, dependable, and takes real pride in doing things right. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
