Answered my call immediately at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning, gave a diagnosis by 10 a.m. that same morning, set up a room heater as an immediate fix, and had the new part ordered and installed by Monday morning. This was for a vacation rental, so the quick response and quick temporary fix was critical for me. Tremendously helpful in what was an emergency situation for my business. Super grateful. Don't call a huge corporate shop! They have so much overhead and are an exercise in frustration to reach once you are in business with them. You won't be happy at all with the pricing or the service. Meanwhile, Right Temp will take excellent care of all your HVAC needs.
