Answered my call immediately at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning, gave a diagnosis by 10 a.m. that same morning, set up a room heater as an immediate fix, and had the new part ordered and installed by Monday morning. This was for a vacation rental, so the quick response and quick temporary fix was critical for me. Tremendously helpful in what was an emergency situation for my business. Super grateful. Don't call a huge corporate shop! They have so much overhead and are an exercise in frustration to reach once you are in business with them. You won't be happy at all with the pricing or the service. Meanwhile, Right Temp will take excellent care of all your HVAC needs.

When you’re hosting guests, timing is everything, and Jarib understands that urgency. He has consistently responded quickly and professionally, which gives us incredible peace of mind.

Each time he’s gone out to one of our properties, he’s efficiently diagnosed the issue and handled it promptly to minimize any disruption for our guests. What really stands out is his communication. Jarib installed a mini split in our bedroom to help beat the intense summer heat here in St. George, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. They got us on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, and completed the entire installation in just one day.
