Nicole Dowden

Cooper’s did our oil to electric project. Everything went seamlessly and they even helped navigate the current oil to electric rebate from start to finish. The crew was professional and tidy - they showed up with fresh out of the box drop cloths on the day of to ensure our stair carpeting was not damaged as there is no basement exit to remove the old furnace. Always prompt to reply by phone or email and pricing was in line with other quotes we received. Would absolutely recommend.

Heather Feener

We have been thrilled with our experiences with Cooper's Heating! In 2024, they did an oil-to-electric conversion in our home, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. A very friendly, down-to-earth bunch, and they got the job done quickly. Recently we engaged with them again on a repair in our home, and we could not have been happier with the timely response, and the professional, kind service. We are so happy to have found them!

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during an oil-to-electric furnace conversion?

Cooper’s removes and disposes of the oil-fired furnace or boiler and oil tank. The installation requires enough capacity in the electrical panel, and an upgrade may be needed if the panel lacks space.

Does Cooper’s offer site visits for work that needs a quote?

It offers free site visits for quote-dependent work, such as an electric-furnace changeover. A home visit is not required for emergency services, maintenance or cleaning.

What payment methods does Cooper’s accept?

It accepts credit cards, cheques and e-mail transfers, as well as financing through Granville Capital.
