Hey, I don’t usually do reviews, so it’s gotta be good if I do. Extremely great service, trustworthiness, knowledge and great positive vibe. Ryan came out of his way to service our house. He took it Upon himself to not just do the job but to go above and beyond. He pointed out areas of improvement that he could do took the time to explain what he’s doing and how to operate the equipment. I guess I’m used to people just coming out and doing a job grunt a few words and rush off to the next one. This is definitely not the case here. This my new go to for heating and cooling. Highly recommend this local small business. I have used them for service in the past, always knowledgeable and fair priced. I had them replace my furnace this morning and it went quickly and smoothly. They are always on time and put down tarps to protect my flooring. Tom Hinding came on a Sunday afternoon and gave me his recommendation and bid for a 97 percent efficient furnace - so reasonable, and the type of furnace fits my house and needs as well. On installation day, Tom came out with his crew and got everything set up. Ryan and Oscar worked cleanly and efficiently and the install went great, including the super simple thermostat that suits my needs exactly. They explained how everything works - not complicated, which suits me to a T - and were just as straightforward and helpful as Tom.My new furnace is very quiet and heats the house perfectly.I would recommend Hinding to anyone.
