Joe Koch was at our house today to talk about air conditioning installment in our 100+ year old SE Minneapolis home that has radiators. He was great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and no pressure. He answered all our questions and gave us several scenarios to consider.
Our furnace quit running properly on the coldest day of the year (a Saturday!) and right before Christmas. Joe came out by noon and did some troubleshooting, gave us our options, and got it fixed within 90 minutes. Very professional, considerate and did this for a reasonable price.
