3/4/26 Update: Just had a maintenance appt with Elite. I was happy that the tech was once again Ritchie. While everything seems to be running well, there were some things that needed attention. Ritchie explained each step and was very honest about where my 20+ year old furnace and air conditioner stand, and he provided upfront pricing for parts that have seen better days should I want replacements now or need them in the future. Much appreciated!I have been a fan of Elite for several years. Always receive great and dependable service. Today had a service call at my home with Richie S. once again. What a great guy! He was very easy to talk to, explained things in a manner that made sense while showing me issues, tips, & tricks. I signed up for the maintenance program again as my system is about 19 years old and want it to last as long as possible. He explained everything well. We had our furnace inspected by Richie due to our heat going out. I have never met a more honest, kind, knowledgeable human who genuinely cared. Nick from Elite came to our home in a timely manner after I was informed he was on his way. He arrived and from the moment he stepped inside our door he was professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point.
