We had a great experience with Hoffmann Brothers. Their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They helped with HVAC maintenance and repairs, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. The technicians showed up on time, treated our home with respect, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about customer service anymore, but Hoffmann Brothers absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them for any HVAC, heating, cooling, or thermostat work.
10/10 for service. 11/10 for good people. When we were hit with a broken drainage pipe 2 weeks ago, Hank & Peter showed up early to repair it. I was so impressed with their work (and just them as people) that I signed up for their home protection plan, which has already paid for itself when, two weeks later, we faced a failing A/C and clogged downspouts. Next day, they showed up as a team. Bill accessed our A/C and provided repair options. When we opted for full replacement, he scheduled Brian, who arrived within 2 hours to take measurements and provide an estimate. Peter cabled our downspouts while I was wrapping up with Brian. Bill, Brian, Hank and Peter were all incredibly knowledgeable in their respective scopes of work, efficient, kind, and a such pleasure to work with! We will be using Hoffmann Bros. for all home services from now on. Of course the HVAC will cost us, but today's total for assessment, estimate, and cabling? A flat $49 service fee. The ease of scheduling and range of services provided make Hoffmann Brothers a one stop shop, but the people involved make them the total package.
We replaced our sewer lateral underneath our foundation. Everyone at Hoffman Brothers was amazing. Zach, our camera guy/salesman spent 3 hours with me getting all the correct measurements and details. He answered all my follow up questions over phone or text. Dash, the foreman of our project, was on time every morning right at 7am. I have anxiety and he put all my fears at ease. He already thought of everything so I didn’t need to worry. We were able to stay in our house during construction and use the water at night. I appreciate all the care every employee put into their work with us. You all are amazing and I’m so appreciative of how efficiently you run construction. The only part I would change about the company is the AI automated phone system. You hire amazing people and I much rather speak to someone right off the bat.
Overall I would recommend Hoffman Brothers and was pleased with our service / purchase. It was easy to schedule an appointment and there was good communication prior to the appointment. James was our sales rep, he was very polite and easy to communicate with. He listened to our concerns and provided several suggestions / options for how to move forward. Communication after the sale was good, we were debating between two units and it was convenient to text him letting him know our decision.Tim was our installer and he was also very polite and did a great job with the install, we were very impressed with his work ethic. Tim was extremely well organized, put down some awesome floor protection throughout the house and made absolutely zero mess.I did not like that there was no follow up communication from the office verifying that the inspection with the county was scheduled. A simple text or even email letting me know it was for sure scheduled and to expect the inspector would have been nice. That did not happen either time the inspector was scheduled to come. I realize as a business who communicates with the county everyday you know what to expect, but customers do not, so having that reassurance is important in my opinion.My only other comment would be that the original invoice paperwork should have better identified specifically what was purchased/installed. It did not have the required information on it to get the spire rebate approved. It was easy enough to email that request to the office and get it corrected, but I would imagine this is not a uncommon need and would think that should be a standard practice.
Brenden did a great job explaining what he was doing and what was causing the issues. Any suggested service was explained and listed transparently on the estimate. He was not pushy at all when giving the estimate. Would highly recommend Hoffman brothers from this experience and will be using them again soon.Issues: Shower, drain, pipe, and water pressure issues
