While I thought I was getting an honest worker I was only getting someone that was looking out for their company only. Here I am a single mother, first time home owner with 4 lives I care for. I pay for a home warranty to actually use my home warranty with the option to look into upgrades if warranty do not cover. From the beginning he was already talking to me about financing through their company. Said before looking that my warranty was going to deny me and to go with their company. From the beginning I was not trusting his judgment so I called my mother. He told me how he wrote it up they would say that’s why they denied it. (Like he was trying to convince me of this scam/lie he told me). So true enough I have an old furnace but nothing that should prevent my company for a denial. Next day this man called me said my insurance company denied me. I asked him why. He said he didn’t know and would I like to move forward with the financing through their company. I knew something didn’t sound right. So I Called my home warranty. They said they haven’t even received the diagnostic yet to approve or deny and it takes up to to 48hrs. So at that moment I knew he lied. I had my home warranty to send me another company out for a second diagnostic. My home warranty covered it as I thought they would. Come to find out he wrote it up completely wrong just so my warranty would deny and I go with their company. Just think how many people they probably and other companies as well do like this.11,332 to 19,000 estimates he wanted me to get in debt with for something that was covered . Worst part about it all is I had a gas leak that he fail to even mention and it took the second person I called out to tell me that. Thank goodness he fixed it immediately cause that could have went many different ways. My advice is always get a second opinion especially if something doesn’t seems right. Never be rushed into a decision and always talk to ur home warranty company personally. Y’all to top it off, he called me yesterday for a follow up. I told him I got a second opinion and my home warranty do covered it. Then he gone say, I’m happy your insurance company gone covered it for you. I just said bye at that point and hung up.
NPM was assigned to us by our home warranty company. I submitted a request and the office staff called first thing the next morning and got a tech out to us within two days during a super cold week.Let me preface the next part by saying our entire HVAC system has been on its way out for a number of years now, it was from 1987! We have been stressed the last few seasons and just hanging on to the warranty just in case.Casey came out to the house and he was so great! He was honest and gave us all of our options - to my absolute surprise he truly tried to make repairing our ancient furnace an option and didn’t go straight to replacement. He did a thorough diagnosis and showed us photos, there was water damage in addition to the failing components. Casey didn’t have to tell us, but we already knew our warranty company would not cover anything due to the water damage (we totally understand this is in no way NPM’s fault).Casey gave us our options: we could try to send in for repair/replacement but it may be denied and in any case could take weeks to get parts, etc. or we could get a new system. He gave the estimate and I was so relieved!*Please note this was days before an expected snow storm with subzero temps.* We did not have the luxury of waiting for a warranty decision, a part to come in, or to get various quotes. NPM could have easily charged us double what they did because of our situation but they were truly gracious. We got an install appointment the next day.Paul and Andy were our installers and they were friendly, super efficient, and respectful of our home. They got everything done same day and they did a thorough job (in the freezing cold). We now have a brand new system ready to go for the incoming weather.Casey, Paul, and Andy all answered my thousands of questions and spent their time making sure we understood everything. From appointment scheduling to completed install this was a great experience. They even handled manufacturer warranty registration for us, some future maintenance, and duct cleaning! Looking forward to continue working with NPM.
We have used No Problem for the past 7 years and could not be happier. They provide everything lots of businesses now struggle to provide. They are responsive, good/rapid communicators, actually fix what you need them to fix and best of all have incredible customer service. Each technician who has worked at our place has been respectful, professional, and highly skilled. No Problem is truly who they say they are and I cannot recommend them enough.
Paul and Zac was definitely on point, very knowledgeable as well experienced about heating and cooling system. Installation of my heating was excellent installed with no problems running smoothly and quietly.
We had a fantastic experience with No Problem Heating & Cooling from start to finish! Cory was the initial technician who helped us choose the right system—he was kind, friendly, and made the process easy to understand. Paul, the senior technician, led the installation with assistance from Josh, and their work was absolutely top-notch. The installation was beautifully done, neat, and clearly showed their experience and pride in their craft.Everyone we interacted with—from the owner to the technicians—was down-to-earth, professional, and happy to answer all of our questions. It’s rare to find a company that combines genuine kindness with true technical expertise, but No Problem Heating & Cooling delivers on both. Highly recommend!
