From the moment we contacted them, owner Lamar Werts provided outstanding communication and responsiveness. He took our situation seriously and made sure we were taken care of quickly and professionally.

Lamar sent out his technician Jas, who went above and beyond to get our system back up and running. Not only did Jas ensure the unit was functioning properly, but he also installed a new condensation pump that significantly improved the efficiency of our system. Additionally, he rerouted our drainage lines in a way that made much more sense for our home setup—something we truly appreciated.

Both Lamar and Jas were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing high-quality service. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such strong customer service.
