After doing a long search on Google, I found Viking HVAC. my system had a refrigeration leak. I easily set up an appointment for the next day. My service rep Derrick Young text me ahead of time which was great because I was able to leave work just in time to meet him. Derrick was awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was able to share some of his experiences on why he loves to do what he does helping people in need if anything happens again I’m gonna call and request that Derrick comes out if you’re looking for a great company that you can trust to work on your system look no further thank you so much, Derrick. I called the folks to fix the A/C at my retail store. They're great. Excellent pricing and friendly, knowledgeable, technicians. They came by one the same day and diagnosed my problem and set up a time to complete the repair at my convenience. Xavier was awesome and answered all my questions. Robert and Holden provided an exceptional experience in giving me all the options from cost of repair to cost of replacing the unit. One thing that really stood out is Robert diagnosed the issue and proved to me where it was and what option I had to repair. This is important to me as it builds trust that I know I’m dealing with an honest company! Holden did an excellent job in providing me 4 options with two different manufactures which is very rare as most companies usually quote only one brand. I was shocked on how good the prices were to other companies too which told me Viking Air is in the business to help people!
