I am very unhappy!!! I have been with out a heater for almost a week now. My elder disabled mom who is suffering from this cold weather has been begging me to find out when we're getting our heater fixed. I have spoken to owner once on phone and since then, he has been ghosting me. We exchanged no rough words, I was very understanding that he was busy when I called. I have asked invitation homes multiple times to call and finally they got a hold one time. This vendor told invitation homes they don't want to give false hope when there coming... problem is I get no reassurance...not one call, not one update. Just ignoring our suffering at 53 degrees inside of house. Thankfully invitation homes got me a small little heater after this vendor said they have no idea when they'll get to me....I tried to call today and once again I am ignored and met with answering machine that is to full to leave messages...

The worst service ever. Whatever you do, do not hire these lunatics. They caused serious damage to my home and are lacking ethics to even bother to repair it. They cut corners and do not care for their clients. This goes from top management down to the workers. They have truly upset me. Please do not waste your time and money!!!!??

JB AIR Heating & Air Specialist’s technician Kaiden provided excellent service. He was friendly, prompt, competent and courteous. Kaiden checked the wirings, replaced a bad capacitor and had the unit up and running smoothly in less than an hour. Great communication; gave me tips/recommendations on how to keep the AC unit running properly. Job well done; very skilled technician. Highly recommend JB AIR.

If I could give zero stars, I would. JB Air has been the most unprofessional and unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with. My home warranty assigned them back in July, and I paid the service fee for a diagnosis. The technician recommended repairs for the panel and blower motor. Since then, I’ve had to call every single week for updates—more than six times—and still never got a straight answer. The receptionist, Ariel, was rude and completely unhelpful, constantly promising call backs that never happened. Janelle, while polite, also had no real information or updates. I was repeatedly told the parts were ordered, yet no one could provide proof or a timeline. For the last two weeks, both myself and my home warranty manager were told only the owner, Ben, could give an update. Supposedly he had been “left messages” multiple times, but he never once returned a call. After weeks of being strung along with false promises, I had to switch to another company. JB Air wasted my time, my money, and caused nothing but frustration. They clearly lack basic communication, professionalism, and customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
