Also, the office staff worked with me to confirm we were still under warranty in case it might have been a costly repair. Claims that my 75 year old husband and I, “tampered with the units” Therefore, his warranty is voided. Why on earth would we touch his equipment? Then he told our lawyer that, “they did not wait for my company to come fix the unit so they went in and tried to fix it themselves“ What a liar. Never ever sign any contract with this guy do not get involved with this scam artist. Our only recourse is the contractor state license board. This is no longer about money for me. This guy needs to be stopped.

This was my first time using Rod Johnson’s Air And I am so impressed with their service! My AC Had stopped cooling. I called and they were able to Come Out next day. For that I am so grateful because It was reaching 90 degrees here in 209! My house was so hot! A technician named Joel showed up and he was Very nice and professional. He found the issue within minutes of being at my house! It was such a simple issue and I am so thankful for his sharpness! Best of all they’re service call fee is below $50 which is way less then other competitors out there! I definitely recommend this company and I will surely be using them again!

My technician was Erick and he was early to the appointment time which I appreciate very much and he was very friendly and professional. He provided excellent service and walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable with the work being preformed.
