The absolute best company! For over 40 years, John and his team at Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning have provided our family with excellent service and product options. One recent example of this gold-star service is from yesterday when my furnace stopped working. I put out a call to John and the team just after 7:30 a.m., and within three hours, Wilson, the service technician, who was wonderful, had arrived at my home and fixed the furnace. Now, how often does that kind of service happen?

John is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to assess our home properly by reviewing the layout, checking cold air returns and designing a system that would maximize airflow to the rooms and levels that needed it most.Nick and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled on a -17°C day and went straight to work. It was a two day job, so my husband and I moved out and provided them with our house key. We trusted them implicitly and we’re thrilled now that the work is complete. We have airflow in areas of the home where it was virtually nonexistent before. John truly customized the system, and our home is noticeably more comfortable. The entire crew was exceptional - polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Really appreciated Wilson’s professionalism and courtesy when I asked him so many questions. He did a fantastic job. Also appreciated the text message to notify me he was en route. Replaced my old water heater tank with a new one from Unionville Heating & Air Conditioning. Nick and Christian gave me a heads up text when they were on their way and showed up on time. After a couple introductions the guys lay town tarp to protect my floors and stairs then proceeded to get things done.Nice guys, treated my place with respect, and when they were done, they left the spaces they occupied in great condition.After the install, which was done quickly and on schedule, Nick took the time to give me the rundown on the new tank, some quick tips, and some maintenance advice. I had some questions about a future tankless setup and my furnace. He answered all my questions and I feel like I have a better idea of my future plans in addition to a shiny new hot water tank.Everyone I spoke with from my initial call for a quote (John) to Michele in the office and Nick on the install - they have all been pleasant people.
