I had an excellent experience with 669 Heat during a very stressful situation. On Boxing Day, my water heater and a pipe leaked, and I was forced to shut off my main water line due to a broken valve. I contacted multiple plumbing companies, but either didn’t hear back or was told they couldn’t help until after the New Year. As a result, I was without running water for four days.A family member recommended 669 Heat, and I’m so grateful they did. I called them on Sunday, and by Monday I had a brand-new water heater installed and the broken valve replaced. The customer service representative went above and beyond to get me the earliest possible appointment, even trying to ensure at least the valve could be repaired as soon as possible. The water heater sales rep was also very informative and helpful.Despite a blizzard on the Monday of my appointment, they honoured it without hesitation. The technicians arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently, and were incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely sympathetic to the situation I had been dealing with.After days of feeling stuck and stressed, 669 Heat came through when no one else would.
