I've been dealing with Campeau since 2010 and they are my go to company. Back then we owned our home for 10 days, middle of a cold winter night our furnace stopped working and it was 14 degrees C in our house with a 1 year old. We had called one of their competitors and after 20 minutes of answering questions on the phone they still had not dispatched a technician. I hung up and called the next number I found on google... I called campeau and in under hour they were at the door. I've since bought 2 furnaces, an A/C and a heat pump off of them and converted our current home from oil to propane with them and no issues with customer service. (Multiple homes) Last night we came home to what smelt like propane in our home. Campeau dispatched someone right away. Thankfully after I shut the gas off and opened windows and started looking around for the leak we found thawed chicken that had been forgotten out for days next to our freezer and was the source of the smell. When I called campeau back I felt so stupid and the receptionist assured me I had done the right thing and canceled the dispatch. 16 years later and this company STILL has that same amazing service. I am greatful that I reached out to them in 2010. I am a customer for life.
We had a great experience with Thomas Chamberlain from Campeau Heating. He was quick, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed his assessment without any delays or issues.Although our fireplace was unfortunately unable to be repaired, Thomas walked me through all the next steps, explained our options in detail, and made sure I understood everything moving forward. Overall satisfied. Had to push a little to get initial appointment in timely fashion.Technician was polite and very helpful.Didn’t like that there is a bit of double dipping in charges. There’s a call out fee plus diagnostics charge. Isn’t that the same thing, they aren’t coming out just to say hi!! They are called out to look at the problem and then additional charges should come to fix the issue.
Can't say enough about Campeau Heating came in and saved me when no one else would help. Had no heat for 3 days, and they were the only ones that would help me due to finances. They were very professional, Kind , top quality work. couldn't be more grateful
