AC quit late into the evening on a very hot stretch. Called their 24hr line and someone answered! Walked me through some basic things to check which I really appreciated. Next day appointment for the afternoon :-( to come take a look. Lucked out and tech came hours earlier :-). Long story short, he checked everything and opened up the AC to find an issue with a contact. Little maintenance went a long way to getting us back up and running. With the age of my unit they easily could of steered me to a full replacement unit. But they didn't, just a little knowledge and realistic expectations and we were off. Can't thank this company enough for the customer service, knowledge and experienced technician. Instead of thousands, it only cost us a very reasonable service call fee which we were very happy to pay. We won't call anyone else for HVAC issues moving forward. Thank you!!!
I've been very happy with the service provided by Kore. They installed an ASHP and hybrid hot water tank for me back in October. From the point at which I received my quote to the completion of work, they were courteous, answered all my questions, and left my utility room in top shape. I will be calling Kore for any additional service needs and am recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Picture this. You come home from your honeymoon and your house is 32 degrees because the air conditioning died. We called around to some businesses who shall not be named and kept hitting walls. I called Kore HVAC Services and the dispatcher was lovely and accommodating. A tech was at our house later on that day, before the arranged time. He was kind, knowledgeable and transparent. The air conditioning was fixed quickly and efficiently. Darryl and his team are professional, personable and affordable. They answered all my questions to the best of their abilities and made an inconvenient situation into a pleasant experience. I trust their work and if his staff are any indication of their trustworthy services, I will be calling them for all my HVAC services in the future.
