I was really impressed with Balcom Heating and Air. Our heater broke right in the middle of a cold snap. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose that the circuit board was malfunctioning. They ordered and installed a new board in less than 24 hours and we have heat again! Carlos and Alex are great! Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing service! Carlos is honest, extremely competent and genuinely cares about doing the best job possible. We are so happy with the communication, the service, the price and most of all...our gas furnace heater is fixed! (after days of run-aroiund with other companies) Carlos went above and beyond to help us. We could not recommend Balcom Heating and Air enough. The best in the business!
Carlos is awesome! He showed up to fix the AC unit on an 106F degree day after working 12 hours already. He was professional and reasonably priced. My appointment was his last one of the day, but he went above and beyond to troubleshoot my neighbor’s AC issues too. Highly recommend!
