Sunrise Heating did an outstanding job installing our new gas furnace today. The entire process was extremely professional from start to finish. I first called them yesterday, and they came out the same day to provide a quote. The installation was then completed today, which was incredibly fast and efficient. Before any work began, they carefully covered the floors with protective sheets, and when the job was done, everything was cleaned up perfectly. They removed and hauled away the old furnace, installed the new Trane unit, completed all the setup and testing, rerouted the venting with new PVC piping, and replaced the air filter. They also installed a brand-new smart thermostat and helped me download the app and get everything set up. They even carefully sealed the outdoor exhaust vent with plenty of silicone to ensure everything was airtight and weather-proof, which really showed their attention to detail. When you have no heat in winter, every day matters, and waiting through the weekend without heat would have been extremely difficult. I truly appreciate how quickly they arranged everything. From the initial quote to the final installation, Sunrise Heating communicated clearly, worked very carefully, and offered a very competitive price with excellent value. This was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend Sunrise Heating to anyone looking to replace or install a furnace.

Fantastic service - super friendly, fast, and professional on all fronts AND saved us money. We had a furnace issue that another company couldn’t figure out and suggested we “try” replacing a part that would have cost over $1600. Sunrise sent their awesome technician out and he diagnosed the problem very quickly AND discovered the faulty part was actually under warranty! We will be Sunrise customers forever now. Could not be more pleased with their work.

Very impressed with Sunrise and their installation team. They are highly professional, courteous and dedicated to great customer service. Our new system was installed within about 5 hours and they guided us through programming the system to run off an App. Getting such a good upgrade was a big undertaking for us and we felt we were in good hands throughout!
