Update: We had the cleaning done today. The techs, Joshua and Cameron were a great team. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning all of our heat vents and returns. The 1st picture is the amount of debris from a 1600 sq ft house. The 2nd picture is a new filter at the start of the job. The last picture is the filter after the heat vents. They replaced the filter before cleaning the returns. We also had them sanitize the ducts. I can feel the difference in the air. So glad we did this. Couldn't ask for better technicians. They also offered to wear masks as my husband just had a stem cell transplant and they did for the entire job even though my husband was not in the house during the cleaning. Thanks Joshua and Cameron.We got an estimate for duct cleaning. Our Technician, Darian was professional, efficient and understanding of our needs. He was also agreed to wear a mask as my husband is severely immune suppressed. Price paid was down payment towards the service that was scheduled immediately. The cost for our size house and the age of it is reasonable.
Isaac has been very good to me in my recent times of troubles. Just got my new high efficiency two stage furnace and it runs very smoothly and quietly. The crew were very polite and professional. Showed me everything I needed to know and Jimmy got everything set up for me and even got me a deal to honor his word for the upgrade. Looks beutiful. Great job as always guys!!!
No call no show. Wasted 5 hours of my time. They left the appointment follow up to their AI system, which attempted to contact the previous owner who didn't respond. Instead of calling me (which they confirmed they had my information) they just cancelled the appointment on their end. No solution offered, they just said they would do "an internal investigation" to figure out what happened...as if I care! And they were going to charge me $109 go be out there today. What's missing in my photo? An Isaac truck I'd say. Photo mainly posted because I know the algorithm prefers showing reviews with photos!
Mitch was very professional and very thorough. Was able to talk to him for about 15-20 minutes explaining the horrible experiences I’ve had with several other companies and their inability to complete the job after they took my money… and without interrupting me and making me feel like a fool. He triple checked everything- showed me everything was clean and efficient and in proper working order. And lo and behold he actually had the part I needed on his truck… ask for Mitch. He’s very tall, and he’s very good… I can’t say it enough, so I’ll say it again …Took his time making sure everything was correct and safe and informed me what services can be done next trip out…it was worth every dollar…: )
It was a pleasure to have a true professional working on heating system. It was very obvious thar Josua new exactly what to check and where to look - a rare expirience, especially considering the complicated and not well executed setup the previous home owners had.
