Christian was our sales rep and did a great job he was extremely knowledgeable and so fast with his responses you can tell he didn't even have to think about the answer he already knew it. Been with the company for about 10 years and you can tell. Alex and Vlad were the installation team and we're extremely friendly and felt safe leaving them unattended in the house. They did a great job and everything looks clean and level, then David and Fred came in for electrical and did exactly what I asked them to do even when other companies said it might be a problem they were efficient and very knowledgeable, couldn't have asked for a better team and I will be recommending essential to anyone in need of a mini split heat pump

We just had a new furnace and central ac installed with this company. The guys who did the job were friendly and respectful. They did the job, cleaned up and explained how our new thermostat works along with the app you can get to work it through your phone. We are very please so far and excited to have a cool home this coming summer and for years to come! I would recommend this company.
