I got several estimates to replace my old unit and Sterling was the most informative, communicative, and responsive. Tristan came to provide the estimate and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. Once I chose Sterling, they quickly scheduled the install and kept me updated. Tirell and Miguel were amazing with installation! They did a great job, were super friendly, and professional! I highly recommend Sterling!

I had a fantastic experience with Sterling Service of Florida! Miguel and Tirell were the technicians who handled my HVAC replacement, and they were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure my home stayed clean during the entire process — they laid down carpet protection and were incredibly careful while removing the old system and installing the new one.

They were friendly, courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s not every day you get a team that clearly cares about the customer’s home and comfort, but Miguel and Tirell definitely do.

I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Sterling Service of Florida to anyone needing HVAC work. Thank you again for the great experience! ??

We were set up with Sterling through our home warranty, and I'm so glad we were!! Tirell came out same day to look at our system. We wound up needing a while new a/c, inside and out! Sterling made it so seamless dealing with the warranty company. Tirell and Miguel came back and installed everything. They were very nice and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am so happy with the quality of work! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!
