We had our AC replaced in 2021 with Accurate Air and have stayed with them for the fall and spring maintenance checks.Tom was super detailed with his quotation and pricing was way better than anyone else we worked with. There was no high pressure sales tacticslike some of the other folks. He even introduced me to the best reusable shoe covers to protect the carpet from foot traffic.We've had Jose out twice and David out twice for our annual maintenance and both are super nice, respectful and always take time to answer my questions in detail.
Very professional tech! I called them out for a second opinion because my A/C had been blowing out hot air, and he told me what the issue could have been and how to fix it. The other company before Accurate Air, not only did quoted me a $7k repair or 13k replacement, but they left a panel off of the unit, which Accurate Air informed me of and fixed. Thank you, Accurate Air, for being honest and timely. Will be using you in the future!

I just want to say that accurate air is awesome! They just installed a Brand New Lennox AC unit and my wife and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is awesome that technicians are awesome!
