I had Caleb Mock from Lochridge-Priest Home Services come out to the house to replace a garbage disposal. It’s so nice to find professional people to do quality work. Called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, looked professional, assessed the problem, installed the disposal, rerouted the dishwasher hose to make for a cleaner area. Reasonable price and quality work from a professional. Who could ask for more.

Lockridge priest put in the unit a brand new AC unit until our house within about a month. It did breakdown something happened. We called them back and they sent out a couple of technicians and let me tell you what Kenneth and Jon really really took good care of this. They stayed late to make sure the job was done. They were very very professional and everything that they did, they even stayed until they got the new unit that they needed to replace the bad one, and they waited for an hour or so for all this stuff to get here because they were bound and determined to get this unit in and all up and running properly. !!!We highly recommend Lockridge priest and if I could give them 10 stars, I would thank you for everything y’all helped us with!!
I had a frustrating experience with Lochridge Priest HVAC's emergency service on a Friday evening when my AC went out. Called at 6:30 PM to schedule—they took my info but refused to give an arrival window, saying someone would call or text with an update. Two hours later (8:30 PM), nothing, so I called back and hit voicemail. Then I got a text from what was clearly an AI bot (replied instantly with massive walls of text—super impersonal and unhelpful). Screenshot attached for proof.Finally, around 9:30 PM (nearly 3 hours after my initial call), tech Antonio Green showed up. Shoutout to Antonio—he was professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the capacitor in just 45 minutes, and got my AC blowing cold air again. I'd give him 5 stars hands down; he saved the night.But the company? Zero stars for the rest. Poor communication left me in the dark, the long wait was unacceptable for an "emergency" service, and when I followed up Monday, they admitted Antonio was the only tech covering the area with 4 back-to-back appointments stacked before mine. Not properly staffed at all—feels like they're setting up customers (and techs) to fail. If you need reliable 24/7 service, look elsewhere. Antonio deserves better support!When I called the office on Monday during normal business hours, I asked to talk with the manager, (Brent?), about the $148.50 charge for after hours service. He would not talk with me and he has not called me back over the past 3 days. However, their AI bot has texted me 4 times since I called, I even got a text yesterday asking about my chimney or fireplace, see attached image. This company definitely needs to work on their marketing and their operations, because they come across as cold and clueless.
We just had our plumbing inspection done, one of the services included in the yearly membership. The technician who came out, Caleb Mock, was excellent! He was friendly, thorough and took the time to answer all my questions while also showing me everything he was checking.He went out of his way to help explain certain items in the house, how they worked and what to look out for in terms of maintenance. As part of the inspection, he also provided pictures and a thorough recap of everything he went over so I had in writing to refer to later.
