I reached out to Lockey Heating & AC after my parent's HVAC unit stopped working sometime this summer. I live in Cincinnati, and with the help of Lockey, we were able to find the problem, come up with a plan, set up payments, all remotely, without me having to make a trip to Texas, and all at a price I couldn't beat. 5 stars all around for the peace of mind I've had with this company, their responsiveness, and the results of a job well done. 10/10 would recommend
Randy is easy to coordinate with. They were able to assist me pretty fast. I always shop around for quotes and out of my top 3-4 HVAC companies that I researched, I chose to go with Lockey heating, Mr Randy. He doesn’t seem like just an hvac expert.
