We’ve been using Rodhe for our twice-a-year maintenance for several years now, and this visit was one of the best experiences we’ve had. While it wasn’t a cheap visit since we had to replace a couple of parts (before they went out in the summer!), Michael was incredibly thorough and explained the reasons for the repairs in detail. We felt confident that we needed to make these repairs before they became necessary. We left the visit feeling prepared for the upcoming summer and will definitely request Michael as our technician for our next maintenance visit.
