We’ve been using Rodhe for our twice-a-year maintenance for several years now, and this visit was one of the best experiences we’ve had. While it wasn’t a cheap visit since we had to replace a couple of parts (before they went out in the summer!), Michael was incredibly thorough and explained the reasons for the repairs in detail. We felt confident that we needed to make these repairs before they became necessary. We left the visit feeling prepared for the upcoming summer and will definitely request Michael as our technician for our next maintenance visit.

He clearly explained what needed to be done and provided upfront pricing, so there were no surprises. The repair was completed efficiently, and my home was cool again in no time. I also appreciated that he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service from this company. The new customer $25 service call was a great bonus and really helped with the overall cost. I’ve found my go-to HVAC provider and will be recommending them to all my neighbors!
