We’ve been using Rodhe for our twice-a-year maintenance for several years now, and this visit was one of the best experiences we’ve had. While it wasn’t a cheap visit since we had to replace a couple of parts (before they went out in the summer!), Michael was incredibly thorough and explained the reasons for the repairs in detail. We felt confident that we needed to make these repairs before they became necessary. We left the visit feeling prepared for the upcoming summer and will definitely request Michael as our technician for our next maintenance visit.

Bryan was professional, courteous, and quick to diagnose the issue. He clearly explained what needed to be done and provided upfront pricing, so there were no surprises. The repair was completed efficiently, and my home was cool again in no time. I also appreciated that he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service from this company. The new customer $25 service call was a great bonus and really helped with the overall cost. I’ve found my go-to HVAC provider and will be recommending them to all my neighbors!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Couldn’t ask for better customer service and technician service than Rohde Air. We had a unit that needed to be replaced. Straight away, Cody our technician explained the issue and immediately provided the necessary steps to get back to feeling cool and comfortable in the home. Ronnie, the Sales Manager, instantly guided us through pricing and our overall customer needs for best value and longevity. When it was time for installation, Brandon, Thomas, Colby, and Anthony were extremely skilled and very kind and courteous. Every team member of this company was professional and personable throughout the experience. Josh has done an amazing job of setting high standards and it shows with the quality of work done and the level of professionalism found in the company that bears his name.
