The installation was very efficient and thorough. They took care of the inside of our home, cleaned up after all things that had to be accomplished and were very helpful in explaining what was being done and how the new set-up operated. Very professional.
Prompt service and a real caring and concerned attitude, asking questions of incident, smoke from vents, etc… when heater turned on and answering my questions. They ran system checks with no issues, checked attic ares, then ran system without issue for 10+ minutes; but I felt better safe than sorry. I would highly recommend their company for any HVAC needs.
This is the second time we’ve used them in the last two years. Quality service, straight to the point, fixed our problem every time, and I appreciate their thoroughness.First time we called them out to us we expected the worst. Thankfully the serviceman that came out suspected that the part he tried using first was defective and tried a different one. Saved us a costly repair just because he decided to try again with a different new part.Second time around it seems we just blew a fuse, still, they answered all our questions and concerns. Still great service, they definitely have out loyalty.
