Brett checked my three units, tuned them up for summer, and did a full system assessment. There was an issue with one of my units and he diagnosed the problem and presented a reasonable plan to address it. I will use this company again for sure.
I am leaving this feedback only because I received an email requesting it. I did inform the Fleetwell project manager of this issue, which I will describe below.Over the past couple of years, I have received multiple communications from Fleetwell about their low prices. I am also occasionally bombarded about it on social media. So, I decided to look into it. I used their online tool to size a system; in fact, I did so across multiple configurations. The pricing I kept receiving ranged from $7500ish to $8300ish. Wow, I thought, this is a great opportunity to replace my 19-year-old system. I was expecting an uptick in pricing to around 10-12k.One of their staff came out, a nice guy, and I informed him I wanted three quotes to replace my 4-ton 14 Seer electric A/C and gas heating system. 1) A full-blown Heat Pump System, 2) A heat pump A/C and Gas Furnace, and 3) a direct replacement of the existing electric/heat system.I received the quotes, and I was shocked. Pricing ranged from about $20,800 to $21,300. An over 250% increase over advertised prices and online tool pricing. Well, that didn't make sense, given that my system was fully functional and well-maintained. I do have a feeling this is the same issue with all those companies that advertise low online prices. In fact, last year, I received two quotes from other companies, with one at 14Kish and another at 18Kish.Fleetwell staff called me soon after to see how things went and, obviously, whether I wanted to move forward. I informed them of my disappointment with the quotes. He agreed with me, said he wasn't going to try to change my mind, and apologized.Now, this may not be your experience, but it was mine.
I was having problems with my Thermostat. Ivan came out and fixed it toot sweet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had it done in no time. Definitely might go to for any air-conditioning needs.
I am very impressed with the professionalism of Freddy! Not only was he extremely professional and thorough, but he called to see if it was OK to arrive a little early, which I very much appreciated. He was also very patient as I asked a number of questions about how the system works as well as seeing the photographs of what needs to be done. It is clear this is a top-notch company and is interested in providing excellent customer service.
Freddy and his tech team are 1st class with customer service and experience. They were least to spot issues with my air conditioning, showing me pics so I can see before & after improvements. All were so friendly, professional and patient with me! Thank you!!!
