Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear, detailed way, which I genuinely appreciated. He was clean, respectful of our space, and very thorough in his work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He went above and beyond, and his kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend.
I had my 1st "Tune-up" today of my HVAC system! My scheduled appointment went well and I was very satisfied. Not only was the technician knowledgeable, but he was very thorough during his examination of the various units of all of my HVAC! I am a satisfied client!
Jose was great! He arrived soon after our call about a heater that would not come on. We run an airbnb and guests were soon arriving. He solved a very difficult problem and got our heater running. The house is warm and comfortable and the guests are very happy which is critical to our business. Thank you Nexgen for the extremely fast response and the excellent quality.
My thermostat took a dive on me so I went to replace it. That's where I met Breanna at Home Depot she advised me on the Ecobee one and normally I don't use big companies because of cost is always higher since they have higher overhead. However, at $49 for a diagnostic they sent someone out and that's when things got even better Lazaro was our technician. He was trustworthy and communicative and effective at explaining to me and my wife what he's doing to our unit and why. In the end because of his demeanor and character I chose to get work done through his company. I got an ionizer placed and he patched a few areas where air was escaping. Cleaned condenser and added a second capacitor and cleaned the fan on inside of my house as well as checked the coils which were fine. In summary the company is trustworthy or at least my experience was good. At at a $49 diagnostic fee it was worth it to have someone come out and let me know where I'm at. Can't say enough though about Lazaro he sold me on trusting next gen so if everyone is like him you'll find value.
I would NOT recommend NEXGEN for your AC & Heating needs. We bought a new HVAC system from NEXGEN just over 5 years ago. The sales/service at that time was excellent, The system cost just over $38k. We purchased a monthly “service agreement” last year after a $600+ bill. Today we were presented with a $10k + “service” estimate to “fix” a 5 year old system. I could go on about this nightmare experience but will summarize with - frustrated and feeling like we were taken advantage of. We have a competitor coming out tomorrow to give us another estimate. BTW - Service Tech today pointed out that the last technician (theirs) installed the wrong size filter, (see pictures) likely causing extensive damage to one of the heating units and duct system due to a two inch gap… Buyer Beware!
