From beginning to end, James was awesome. As a new homeowner, I was worried about having to replace my old furnace. James made me feel super comfortable about it, and I immediately felt like I could rely on and trust him. He answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. He was quick, easy to communicate with, professional and super clean. Most importantly, his work speaks for itself and my new high-efficiency furnace now looks/sounds/works awesome. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!
