I cannot recommend this company enough! I called on a whim without a scheduled appointment, and Peter was at my door in less than an hour. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing so I actually understood the process. It is rare to find such fast, honest, and high-quality service these days. Ask for Peter!

Peppard Mechanical were great to deal with. Our furnace was acting up on a Tuesday, so I called and we made an appt for the next day. Overnight, our furnace stopped working so we called in the morning and Nic came right away and gave us some options. He was very honest and explained everything. We decided on a new furnace and they sent Jay out a few hours later. By 5pm that day, a new furnace was installed and was up and running. They did a great job and left the work area super clean. The quote was exactly what we ended up paying so there were no extra charges. We would definitely recommend them!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had working with the folks at Peppard!! Top notch communication and transparency from start to finish. They addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally and made the install of my new system as seamless as possible. During the install Nic and his apprentice Mason were phenomenal!! Extremely professional and their work was meticulous. They showed excellent workmanship and I respect their strong work ethic and care they put in. They surpassed all my expectations and went over and above to get my house up and running, and warm for the holidays!! Thank you guys!!
