Mike from Blue flame came through for me to find a part for a blow motor for my furnace today. Great phone service and when I got into the store great personal service answered all the questions that I needed. Awesome service! My boiler went out at the worst time (temperatures below freezing on a weekend). I called Bluflame at 7am on a Sunday morning and they responded very quickly (within the hour). They sent Tech Darrell Whickum out and he did a spectacular job repairing my boiler. He was very professional and a straight shooter (no bs "upgrade " sales pushes ). I would highly recommend Bluflame!

Start to finish Blu Flame provided quality service. It had been a few years since we’ve had routine maintenance done on our very, very old boiler (likely original to our 82 year old home) so called BluFlame to have it looked at before winter. Based on some concerns found during routine servicing we decided that we should replace sooner rather than later. Gabe met with us and explained options including answering questions about a combination boiler/hot water heater (which we decided against based on info given), provided an estimate plus some discount offers. We were able to schedule installation in just over a week (would have been sooner if not for the Thanksgiving holiday). Installation crew (Aaron, Dave, Dakota & Montez) arrived on time and got right to work. Removing the old boiler took some muscle - it was a tank! Removal and installation was an all day job on a very cold day. They covered our stairs and hallway, provided space heaters (which as it turned out we didn’t need), installed new thermostat, checked each radiator (19), cleaned up afterwards, answered all our questions and even helped us put our heavy, solid oak basement door back. We were relaxing in our comfortably warm living room by 5pm. We’re definitely very happy with the quality service Bluflame provided.

Gabe with Bluflame offered a physical quote, informed us of warranty, discounts, specials and rebates. He set up install same week with technicians Montez, Aaron and another kind gentlemen. They completed a furnace, A/C, pump install in one day. I expressed a filter concern to Gabe during consult, and he made sure the install team had supplies on hand to add an access point for the air filter. They were very respectful and provided us with a new smart thermostat. Thank you
