I did have a great experience with Seth, one of this companies technicians who replaced a capacitor on system. A $17 part , charged high $365 w/ Military discount -$39.68. I mean pressures check afterwards I suppose, still trying to breakdown and justify the excessive charge. I gave 5 star because the service was actually great conversation, we actually talked about companies overcharging, maybe tactics. But based on the charge would I call in future? Signs Definitely point to "No" unfortunately.
Had a great install experience working with ACTexas. They were fair in pricing and kept me informed throughout the process. Special shout out to Seth who was very professional in his conduct but at the same time was very customer oriented. I will definitely recommend their service to others.
We had to have our HVAC unit replaced late last year. We went with the Carrier Infinity system. Seth and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure the install, info and follow up appointments have been great. They have answered any and all questions we have had. We have used them in the past for maintenance and a repair. I highly recommend them.
I called AC Texas to come and look at my new unit that was having issues after the original installers said my system was out of warranty.Seth came out on time and was able to look at my whole system and not only diagnose the issue but was able to find a few things that were installed incorrectly by the other company that did the install.He ordered the parts and installed them in no time and the system was up and running perfectly. They were also able to honor my warranty with my system. I will only use AC Texas from here on out, they are professional, courteous, and have the customers best interest in mind. Thank you for everything!!
