I'm not certain, but Doug Walker, the technician who serviced my home might actually be a wizard or a jedi. He found the issue after going through what was the likely problem, deduced it wasn't and traced a low voltage short on the heater/furnace that was causing the air conditioning to not run because it wasn't talking to the thermostat. Doug did that in a few hours, it was absolutely impressive. He also advised me on options and a mode of thinking for future repairs, replacement, and financing. All in a HVAC service technician? Seriously, this guy is gold, I feel very fortunate to have had him service my HVAC.

Best HVAC company out of three that I’ve had come to my house. I don’t use anyone else now; always great customer service, the most cost-friendly quotes, and punctual. Just had to replace my entire AC unit and Doug W. helped get me the best unit for my needs and provided assistance and advice every step of the way!
