DeMark Home Ontario

I wanted to give a shout out and a big thank you to Mike and his team @DeMark Home who installed my tankless water heater today. Mike was really helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and the entire thing went seemlessly. The two service men that came to install were friendly, polite and very professional. In addition to installing the new tankless water heater, they also replaced the valve for my furnace humidifier, updated the gas fittings so everything is running smoothly and very efficiently. They installed new venting made sure that everything was sealed and in working order and cleaned everything up. The dogs also loved all the extra attention the got from your installers :) Thank you, all your help was very much appreciated! I've included before and after pics. I've got so much extra room in the furnace room now!

We needed a new furnace since our old one broke in the middle of the winter. We called DeMark and spoke to Mike. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. The price was reasonable which included the new furnace, installation and removal of the old one. The service was very timely. It was only less than a day between our first call and when the new unit was fully installed, up and running. The installation process was swift it took about just over two hours. Our home is now warmer than before the air feels much lighter. Overall, we are very grateful and happy to have purchased the new furnace from DeMark

Everything from initial phone call to the actual installation of my tankless water heater was top notch. Mike gave me good information and recommended the right water heater for my needs. Glad I went with this company! Was very grateful he was able to come the next day because I was out of hot water for 2 days.

Saw and ad for DeMark online and decided to call. Mike answered, asked me a few questions and for photos. Within no time he had me scheduled for an appointment for the next day. The guys came on time and did a great job and all for a very great price. Thanks DeMark, I have hot water again.

Making the right decisions in life requires much thought and research on the subject involved and in this case is a water heater that is required. For me reliability was first and foremost to allow peace of mind on my part which is very important to us all. Speaking with Mike he was very knowledgeable and assured me of how important providing quality products are to his customers to provide years of quality reliable service. He assured me how well built with quality parts the Bradford and White 50 gallon water heater is. I found with the confidence with the De Mark Home Team in all areas including installation and communication all went very well. Thank you De Mark Home Team for your assurance of your quality and reliable products which definitely puts me at ease. Thank You! ??
