Bad advice. I'm building a new house, I brought my plans, and they suggested a unit that's completely unsuitable for my home. I called several times to point this out, and they finally came and charged me $700 for maintenance that didn't improve the performance at all. I explained my dissatisfaction. No action was taken. Avoid them at all costs!!!
