I recently contacted this company regarding a CO2 problem in my home. It seems to be a common issue, as my parents had the same problem. The salesperson transferred me to a technician, who recommended an air exchanger. I then scheduled an appointment for an estimate on such a unit. The sales representative came to my home, took photos, and explained the necessary work, including drilling holes in my walls and floors. He told me it would cost $6,000. I thought the price was reasonable, and when I contacted him to accept the quote, he said he had spoken with his boss, that my problem wasn't common, and that they couldn't guarantee the result. They were offering me the solution, but they couldn't guarantee it would solve my problem. Obviously, I didn't accept a quote where the supplier couldn't guarantee the work would cost me $6,000. I discussed it with my father, and he found a solution to our problem. It only cost me $150, and I don't need to hire a contractor to patch any holes.The owner claims to be proud of his representative's honesty and that he told me the air exchanger might not solve my problem. Let me clarify. The representative told me that IF my range hood helped remove CO2, THEN the air exchanger would solve my problem. But he still refused to guarantee the $6,000 job. So he offered me a solution he thought would work, but without guaranteeing it. When I asked him if there were other solutions to my problem, since he didn't seem to trust their own recommendation from their technician, he had no solution to offer, even though it was their area of ??expertise, leaving me with a $6,000, unguaranteed solution. Luckily, my father is resourceful and was able to find a solution where others have failed.
A truly pleasant team to work with: receptionist, salesperson, and installers. A very professional, efficient, and dynamic team. We felt a great team spirit – the salesperson even came to help dismantle the old furnace – wow! The explanations provided by the employees were excellent and tailored to our level of understanding. The team thoroughly cleaned the space before leaving! A huge thank you to everyone for the excellent work!
