Customer Reviews
Pierre-André Douville
Throughout the entire purchase and installation process, we received excellent support. The staff was courteous, calls were returned promptly, and finally, the installation team worked cleanly and took the time to explain how the unit functioned. Well done!
Marie-France M
I had to replace my old, faulty air conditioner. I chose to install a heat pump. From the initial service call about the air conditioner, through the needs assessment and selection of a heat pump model, to the installation itself, everything went very smoothly. In the air conditioning and heating industry, pre- and post-sales service is crucial. From the outset, I felt confident, which is why I chose Climatisation Trois-Rivières, and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service, and so far, I'm very satisfied with my new Carrier Infinity heat pump.
Michel Perigny
Professional service from start to finish. We received excellent advice from Mr. Michel Daneau. The installers were punctual and efficient. The heat pump we chose exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this business.
