Great installation, really meticulous!

However, I had to call twice and be firm and clear for the woman to understand that the work wasn't finished. I had to take three days off work for it to be completed. That's not right! N always told me there were emergencies. I can believe that, but am I forgotten? Am I important? I don't know, but what I do know is that three days off work at my own expense cost me dearly, not to mention that on Thursday, the guys finished at 7 p.m. and on Friday at 8:30 p.m. because they arrived late both days! Two precious days wasted.
