Terrible customer service; I called several times without ever receiving a response. I specifically do not recommend them because of the unacceptable customer service. It's unfortunate because the staff are excellent.
5* service in every way... Pierre is a highly experienced person who cares about his customers and a job well done. His entire team was also very professional, I highly recommend him.
Several appointments without anyone being present, making it difficult to communicate with the employees.First appointment: no one is present, no one is reachable, but I get a call two hours later to say they're coming...Second appointment: I'm still waiting, I call the office to be told that the assistant had given the wrong appointment date.Regarding the work, the technician left without even trying to contact me, claiming the premises were too crowded, even though at the time of the quote the boss had said everything was in order. The assistant is unable to do her job and it's impossible to communicate directly with the boss.
