Sam was knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. He answered my questions and explained everything. I skipped a few annual maintenance checks, so he was very thorough. I always recommend C & C for installation of new units, but now I will recommend C & C for annual maintenance. This is especially good if units were installed by companies that contract for the work. C & C retains their own consistent team.
Got high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed in fall 2025. Top notch installation quality. I got the Ruud systems because of prior history of the reliability. Furnace got thru this tough Michigan winter with no problems. Just now trying out the air conditioner and have never had an ac this quiet. Perfect setup. Thanks

My first time using C&C. It was an unexpected emergency furnace repair and I had to act fast. I read their glowing reviews online, their 70+ years in business, and that they serviced my area. They were able to fit me in asap, and within the hour Noah appeared, ready to save the day.....and he did. Very professional and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced, I thought. Amazing service! The furnace went down on Christmas Eve, and they were out within an hour. My technician Tony was very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my furnace. My furnace did come back up before he got there, but he did a complete inspection to make sure the unit was running properly, and also an inspection of the heat exchanger to ensure there was no dangerous carbon monoxide poisoning coming out. While he was there, I had him do a full tune-up and would definitely be calling them back to do work in the future. Thanks for all you do; keep it up!
