The team at Randazzo is excellent. Professional and patient to answer any questions. Mike at installation of our new AC and Aaron as an electrician were superb. As seniors we were confident to go with Randazzos because of our salesman Jordon who walked us through the understanding of purchasing a new AC after over 30 yrs of having an older model.
Nathan arrived as promised. He and his partner seemed very knowledgeable regarding the work they performed in our home to upgrade our panel. They explained everything upon completion of the job. I just pray we have many years of comfort as a result of the work they performed.
Tyler Lieb was a very helpful technician. He answered all my questions regarding my heating and cooling system. He worked so quietly that I forgot he was in the house. He was very professional. His work was thorough. He also changed my filter and made sure everything was in perfect working order. He took his time to ensure everything was working well. Randazzo is highly recommended. They're technicians have always been very courteous and helpful.

He ever so patiently reviewed everything with me again, care and maintenance the homeowner should do, controlling the thermostat, etc. and was able to diagnose a separate issue I had.
