Ultra Climate Control installed our AC unit several years ago and because we were so pleased with their service, we hired them to fix our problematic furnace. Yaz responded quickly, provided us with a text reminder and sent a text the day of service letting us know he was on his way. He also provided a two-hour arrival window which is a bonus. Yaz was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. The furnace was fixed in a timely manner which in the winter is a very good thing. My mother who lives in Michiqanhad some issues with her heat Being that it's winter there, that is a bit of a problem. I live in Vegas, my attempt to find any company that could help her same day, Was meant with appointments days out What sense does that make when your heat goes out in the dead of winter? Horrible business practice if you ask me. I contacted this business and thev went out same day, and fixed my mother's heating concern. THIS is how things should be done. Ultra Climate Control was wonderful. Of course my AC would quit on the hottest day of the year. They came out the next day and were very speedy at getting my AC unit back up and running. Also very affordable with the part that was needed. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
