Yaz responded quickly, provided us with a text reminder and sent a text the day of service letting us know he was on his way. He also provided a two-hour arrival window which is a bonus. Yaz was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. The furnace was fixed in a timely manner which in the winter is a very good thing. Highly recommend Ultra Climate Control for any of your heating and cooling issues. You won’t be disappointed.

I live in Vegas, my attempt to find any company that could help her same day, Was meant with appointments days out What sense does that make when your heat goes out in the dead of winter? Horrible business practice if you ask me. I contacted this business and thev went out same day, and fixed my mother's heating concern. THIS is how things should be done.
