Fantastic experience working with Intelligent Design! Erik and Adrian are skilled and knowledgeable. They worked together with a fun and confident demeanor. Erik listened during the consultation and understood the electrical work we were needing to have done in our space. When he and Adrian returned to complete the work order they did so without any issues. Truly was a positive experience working with them both. Bonus stars for their attention to detail and cleaning up before leaving!I am attaching a few photos of a small part of the work they efficiently completed.
Adam did an amazing job at our check-up/maintenance appointment. He was beyond knowledgeable and informed me of what is to come based on the life of all of our units (heat/ac). I will recommend this company, especially Adam to anyone I know that is in need of any maintenance or service!
Overall process was great! Was happy with the work that got done. Erik is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After all was said and done Erik ensure everything was working as it should, and took the time to show me the updates and what to expect, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
**BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWAREDo NOT invest your money for a brand new A/C unit that shuts down on you in the middle of the night. They aren’t available but they have an idiotic answering service. They have been to my house 9 times and they still don’t have it right. A supervisor was supposed to call me today but NO phone call. They claim to be the best but they are the worst. I don’t care about how long you’ve been in business when contacting you. A HUGE mistake to go with this company. I will use every platform possible to tell people to NOT use them! I will also be in contact with my neighbors.**EDIT**They showed up for the 10th time on Monday after the service manager and owner called my husband. This issue that happened was on a Wednesday. My husband wasn’t even home. My husband gets the apologies but the wife, NOTHING. This is a lot like “sexism” to me. I never got an apology from anyone about what kind of stress this company has caused me and my husband. Obviously the unit is defective! But they left without my complete satisfaction and the same excuses every time. They ALWAYS need parts. UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve included what their service trucks look like. STAY far away from this business if you see them in your neighborhood!**EDIT #2** Two men show up late to the 11th visit to the SAME unit. One man(didn’t get his name) was very respectful towards me and was understanding to me being upset. The other man, Justin, was a complete jerk to me. He threatened a 12th visit and then went and cried to his boss. That was a mistake to send Justin. At the very least, look professional, Justin was not. This is a very SEXIST company. They have no idea how to treat a woman. These men were told that I wanted to talk to the owner, Andrew. I NEVER heard from Andrew. He is clueless. I don’t expect to hear from him either.**EDIT #3**Surprise, surprise; Andrew, the owner of this “company”, finally called me. He was very defensive and not really that apologetic about his “company” visiting my house ELEVEN times on the SAME unit. He obviously doesn’t want to deal with a strong woman. I’m done with this sexist “company.” I’m upset that my husband chose this “company” and I refuse to be treated like that. I ended up hanging up on him which isn’t like me. You’ve caused me too much stress that I’m done. Andrew can see what bad reviews result in. I hope to never see your trucks in my driveway or in my neighborhood again.**BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE
