Daniel was professional, thorough, detailed, patient, honest and compassionate in answering questions as well as providing me with information to help me make an informed decision on best next steps for my family and home. Grant was my technician and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most professional people I have ever had in my home to do anything. It was clearly obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was great at explaining things without talking over my head without using a bunch of technical terms that I wouldn't understand just to impress me.
