A/C Contractors

I called AC Contractors late afternoon Monday after I discovered I had no hot water and the hot water heater was leaking. I talked with a receptionist who was very helpful and she asked the manager, Tony, to call me, which he did. Tony was very helpful and suggested I purchase a new one at Lowe's. He answered all my questions about purchasing a new hwh and what extras I needed to purchase. Sadarrion and Jason arrived on Tuesday as scheduled and I was notified 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They were pleasant, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They assessed my current situation and proceeded to remove the old hwh and install the new one. They had already picked up the new one at Lowes where I had ordered it. The install took about 1 hour. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to contact AC Contractors for future plumbing issues.

They got me in quickly. I felt the cost was higher than I wanted to pay at first. When the guy arrived and worked through my entire system, I felt it was worth my money. He did a great job. Found disconnects in my ventilation system, deficiencies in my insulation, and installed my smart thermostat (which was the purpose for the appt). Overall, great job

I’m totally unhappy with AC Contractors and my new unit that I was told would give me much better service that my old unit so in 2023 I decided to take their advice and have a new unit installed. Every summer since then it does not keep my home cool at all. It’s not even as hot right now as it’s going to be and the thermostat says it’s 78 in the house and it definitely is hot in my house. I keep every door of every room closed off and extra fans and ceiling fan on and it doesn’t make any difference. I’m going to find another AC company to see if they can figure out why the unit AC Contactors sold me does not keep my house cool. My old one they removed would freeze you out!!!
