Recent experience with Caleb Kettula was outstanding. During annual maintenance a week ago, Caleb discovered a faulty part causing one of my units to run heat on auxiliary heat full-time. Ordered the replacement part and installed this past week, right before the Winter Freeze event occurred.Caleb and Scott were timely, thorough, and very concientious about getting the part replaced correctly and the system recharged. Jorge did an amazing job with our ESA maintenance visit! He is extremely thorough and very professional! He did recommend that we replace a couple of parts to ensure that our system would be working correctly and efficiently. I was recommended to contact ETR by a home builder who said that ETR really knows their business. I have to agree. Jayson came out to diagnose our AC condenser unit not starting. After easily fixing that, he performed a routine check-up (which I'd already scheduled). I was impressed with the professionalism, skill, and thoroughness with which he practiced his craft. He identified a couple of improvements that could be made and was able to get my unit heating and cooling more efficiently than it had in a few years. One thing that stuck with me: Rather than just dump coolant into my condenser as some might do, he spent the time to inspect and clean the coil first (first time I'd seen that). He was also equipped with modern tools to monitor data coming from the unit as the coolant was added, and made sure everything was within the "good" range before moving on. I highly recommend Jayson and ETR for any HVAC work you might have.
